When you get to know us, you will find out quickly that we love to celebrate, praise and give glory to Adonai! At AMC we worship the LORD with ALL our heart, ALL our soul, ALL our mind, and ALL our strength. The Davidic Dance Team demonstrates complete submission to the LORD through physical expression of movement to Him who deserves all glory and honor.

The Hebrew word for dance is raqad (pronounced raw-kawd), which means to skip or leap for joy. Various dances range from being filled with energy and excitement, to dances that are filled with awe and reverence. We surrender ourselves before His Throne of Glory with a humble heart, and therefore are ushered into His presence, and in His presence is fullness of joy! Praise YAH!

We welcome ALL (men, women, teenagers, children) who have a heart of worship to come and join us. We keep the movements simple so our attention can stay focused on Him. We also use banners, billows and flags. There is dance instruction and practice at scheduled times determined by the dance leader.
